These meditation courses are designed to introduce you to a variety of meditation practices that suit your level of experience, help you find what works for you, and guide you as you deepen your experience of these practices and develop a strong habit of meditation.
For example, the introductory or beginner course takes place over 21 days, with four live taught classes, as well as interactive accountability support on each day of the course to help you stay consistent with the practices and reap their full benefits.
The course covers a variety of techniques, such as mindfulness, breath work, chanting, concentration, compassion exercises and various other practices from yoga and other Eastern spiritual traditions.
Course Info:
- suitable for people with no meditation experience, or for those with experience who wish to explore new practices and become consistent within their practice
- explores meditation from the perspectives of modern science, Eastern spirituality and, most importantly, your own lived experience
- takes place over 21 days, with daily WhatsApp accountability check-ins to support you in forming a strong meditation habit
- involves four live-taught online classes, lasting one hour each, where you will be introduced to a new meditation practice each week
- provides an online support group which you can use to ask your teacher any questions that arise, or discuss your experience with other course participants
- covers a variety of meditation techniques such as: mindfulness, breath work, concentration, mantra and compassion exercises
- includes a set of gentle yoga exercises to increase the mobility of your hips and lower back, helping you to sit comfortably for meditation
- teaches self-sufficiency of practice through the teaching of several meditation practices you will know well enough to practice and deepen by yourself, without having to rely on a teacher, an app, or any other external source
The course costs €150 and is open to everyone
