Hi, I’m Eoghan Joyce.
I teach meditation to people who want a healthier relationship with their mind, not as a quick fix, but as a skill they can rely on for life.
My work focuses on helping you build a consistent daily practice that supports mental freedom, clarity and resilience, so you can feel better and function more fully in your day-to-day life.
Stress, overthinking and scattered attention are common, but they’re not inevitable. With the right guidance and structure, meditation becomes a practical tool for improving both your wellbeing and how you show up in the world.
After years of practice, immersive study in India and teaching meditation in modern contexts, I’ve developed a practical, structured approach designed for everyday life.

A practical approach to meditation
My approach combines traditional meditation principles with modern understanding of attention and nervous system regulation.
Rather than relying on guided recordings or abstract spiritual teachings, I teach you a structured practice you can understand and use independently.
We focus on building a sustainable daily habit, strengthening attention, and developing a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
The goal isn’t temporary calm, it’s a practical skill you can rely on for the rest of your life.
What working together looks like
The big picture:
Over 8 weeks, we move from learning the foundations of meditation to building a stable daily practice you can sustain independently. You’ll gain greater control of your attention, learn how to work skilfully with thoughts and emotions, and how to apply meditation in everyday life, not just during formal sessions.
What actually happens:
Each week includes a one-to-one session where we refine your technique, address obstacles, and deepen your understanding. Between sessions, you practice daily using simple instructions tailored to you. I provide daily support and accountability, depending on which level of support you have chosen.
Course outcomes:
By the end of the course, most clients report much greater mental freedom and clarity, improved focus, and a noticeably healthier relationship with their mind. More importantly, they finish the course with a reliable daily practice and the confidence to manage their own mind without relying on external tools.
