Your Teacher - Eoghan Joyce

Eoghan Joyce is passionate about meditation and the positive outcomes it can lead to for individuals and society as a whole.
He travelled extensively in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand and learned many ancient meditation techniques from various great teachers and spiritual traditions. 
Having practiced and deepened his own experience of these techniques over many years, Eoghan’s goal is to make them accessible and relevant for modern living.

The meditation course I did with Eoghan was great, after meditating daily for about 2 years I had lost some consistency. The course helped me to develop the good habit of doing the practice every morning again. Eoghan broke the practices down in terms that were easy to understand which was great. Thank you Eoghan! It's been a blissful 3 weeks to say the least. I hadn't meditated in years and I really needed this course to get me back into it. Covid has put my mind and body on edge so it really helped with the different meditations you showed us.
